Campaign to fight against drug abuse

May 26th , 2012 : A national campaign to fight against drug abuse mainly among the youth with the theme “Eye’s neighbor” has been launched by the First Lady. It will last 6 months.

The Mental Health Division will focus on mental health aspects of drug dependence by celebrating the International Day to Fight against Drug Abuse on June 26th. This is a campaign against drug abuse under the following slogan “Ibiyobyabwenge : Oya ! Ndabyanze, mpisemo ubuzima” (I say no to drugs, I preserve health).
