Program Planning and M&E Coordination Division
The planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Division is a cross-cutting division under direct supervision of RBC Director General’s Office which has functions :
1. Planning
Lead the development of RBC plans ,
Strengthening data use for evidence based decision making,
Funds mobilization by supporting the grant/projects proposals writing
2. Monitoring
Lead the development of RBC M&E frameworks
Develop and monitor RBC KPIs,
Ensure availability and accuracy of RBC performance reports
3. Evaluation
Coordinate the implementation RBC program evaluations
4. Coordination
Ensure RBC plans are in line with the Government policies and priorities
Ensure RBC partners programs and activities are in line with RBC plans and priorities
