Program Planning and M&E Coordination Division

The planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Division is a cross-cutting division under direct supervision of RBC Director General’s Office which has functions :

1. Planning

-  Lead the development of RBC plans ,
-  Strengthening data use for evidence based decision making,
-  Funds mobilization by supporting the grant/projects proposals writing

2. Monitoring

-  Lead the development of RBC M&E frameworks
-  Develop and monitor RBC KPIs,
-  Ensure availability and accuracy of RBC performance reports

3. Evaluation

-  Coordinate the implementation RBC program evaluations

4. Coordination

-  Ensure RBC plans are in line with the Government policies and priorities
-  Ensure RBC partners programs and activities are in line with RBC plans and priorities
