Corporate Services Division

Definition

The Corporate Services Division has a role of supporting all RBC divisions in Finance, Human Resources Management and Administration, IT and Procurement.

What We Do

Each unit under the Corporate Services Division has a specific support role. Because of the nature of support services needed within RBC, the Corporate Services Division works closely with other Ministries and entities such as the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, the National Bank of Rwanda, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Infrastructure, and the Office of the Auditor General.

Finance Unit

The Finance Unit is responsible for budget execution through payments of all kinds including taxes and their declarations, recording of transactions, bookkeeping and reporting, management of audits, and receiving and addressing any supplier inquiry.

Human Resources and Administration Unit

The Human Resources and Administration unit has 3 desks respectively: Human Resources Management, Logistics Management and Central Secretariat. The Human Resources Desk recruits, manages human resources files, manages payroll, and related deductions and declarations. The Logistics Desk oversees car hire, management of RBC fleet, fixed assets, security, stocks, cleaning and various maintenance contracts. The Central Secretariat oversees customer care, receiving incoming and distributing outgoing correspondences as well as their archiving.

IT Unit

The IT unit oversees RBC servers, the maintenance of IT equipment and routine support on internet troubleshooting,

Procurement Unit

The Procurement unit is in charge of preparation of tender documents, tender processes, reception of delivered items and addressing bidders' inquiries.

Mission

Ensure availability, security and sustainability of resources of all kinds (financial, human, goods, services) that allow the achievement of RBC's mission and vision. .
